General Terms
1. All the graphics in my site are made by me or other artists that I retained permission from. They are all original work except for the images which I or they credit them for, they are not stolen, taken from other places so i expect you to do the same thing!
2. If you use any of the graphics on my site, it would be nice if you commented on which one you used in my guestbook. I love to see them used by others and their purposes.
3. Please dont redistribute mine or the artists' hard work on your own site! This is against the rules of linkware, if you can't make it, dont try and steal other peoples work, make your own, read some tutorials and learn! that's how everyone improve.
4. If you use any of our graphics or get inspirations from them, will you link Digik back in your credits page? It is much appreciated.
Layout Terms
1. You must not remove my link from any of the layouts! If you are going to use it, then leave the credit be, because that's the only condition I ask of you for using a free linkware layout. If you absolutely CANNOT have the credit, then please refrain from using graphics from this site.
2. Please do not direct link to the files hosted by my generous sponsors. This causes bandwidth strain for them and me. Upload the files to your own server and go from there.
3. Do not copy my codes and just change the image and claim it as yours! That's despicable, you can't go lower than that. You may reference to the HTML, but write out your version! Everyone has their unique way of coding layouts, it'll be easy to spot if you've stolen it or not.
4. Do not archive the layouts on your site! Most of the layouts in Digik are made by me, and some are submitted by other artists.
Avatar Terms
1. You must credit the artists and link back to Digik Designs, as this is where you found them.
2. You must NOT archive the icons in your own site.
3. You must not direct link from the sponsors.
Wallpapers Terms
1. The wallpapers must only be used personally (ie.for your desktop).
2. You must not use them to create other graphics such as layouts, avatars, signs, etc. The images are out there in the WWW, go grab it and design it yourself.
3. You must not direct link to the servers.
4. You must not archive them.
